As part of my MBA thesis, “A survey of Employee Preferences in the design of a Performance Management System”, I designed and implemented a Performance Management System for the organisation. Two key parts of the system included:

  • Performance Plan: Design of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for employees that were aligned to the commercial targets and objectives of the organisation.
  • Development Plan: Design of a development plan template that catered for all the goals and objects of the employees, including personal life goals, career aspirations as well rewards and recognition that the employee valued
