✅ Connecting our emotions to our end goals helps us understand our purpose for achievement e.g. if you been itching to start a business, but don’t know WHY you want to do it, identifying with that emotional connection opens up a reason for us to push through when we may lack motivation.
✅ Lastly, building a daily routine where we use our most productive hours to make progress on something we’ve been putting off, can help drive us through the rest of the day.
